With their 30 years of experience, Hotel Palatinum is passionately managed by the Colucci family, who offer guests a different selection of typical products, such as oil, wine and pasta, foods already considered of primary importance in ancient Magna Grecia.
The cultivation and production of these foods takes place locally around the Metapontino area.
COLUCCI RED WINE 750 ml
Basilicata PGI
From the best Merlot and Aglianico grapes, this wine has an intense ruby red colour, a vinous, warm and enveloping aroma and a broad, soft and velvety flavour. Suitable with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
COLUCCI WHITE WINE 750 ml
Matera PDO Greek
Obtained from a careful vinification of the best white Greek grapes. This straw wine with greenish reflections has fragrant floral and white fruity aromas. It is pulpy in taste, soft on the attack and boasts an aromatic persistence. Ideal for fish and white meat dishes.
ARTISAN DURUM WHEAT PASTA
Stone ground with wheat germ produced and cultivated by the Colucci farm
Organic and low in gluten
Different sizes of 500g are available: goodies from Magna Grecia, fusilli, cavatelli, cannarozzetti, riccioli di Hera and tubetti.
