Here are the most frequently asked questions from our guests. We have collected them here. We are sure that among the answers, you will find the information you need.   • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

    Our hotel is open to guests 7 days a week from 8:00 to 23:30.

  • WHEN IS THE ROOM I BOOKED AVAILABLE?

    Our goal is to reduce your wait in the shortest possible time!


    If the room has not been occupied the night before the day of your arrival, you will find it ready in the morning. If not, we will prepare it as soon as possible by 15:00.

  • WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO FREE THE ROOM ON THE DEPARTURE DAY?

    The room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Upon request, and according to availability, a late check-out can be scheduled. However, the request must be agreed upon with the reception and may have an additional cost.

  • UP TO WHAT TIME CAN I ENJOY BREAKFAST?

    Our breakfast room is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. If you want to sleep in, you can enjoy a good coffee at our bar, which is open all day.

  • WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

    Hotel Palatinum is equipped with a large free parking area with video surveillance where you can park your car throughout your stay.

  • IS THE HOTEL OPEN ALL YEAR? IS THE RESTAURANT ALWAYS OPERATIONAL?

    Hotel Palatinum is open all year round.

    Our Restaurant and Pizzeria are open for dinner every evening for hotel guests and clients.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?

    Yes, we have an internet connection and you can surf for free from your room and our common areas. To access the WiFi, request the password upon receipt.

  • ARE PETS ALLOWED?

    You are allowed to enter your room with your pet at Hotel Palatinum, as long as it is small in size. In respect to the other hotel guests, access to some interior common areas, such as the breakfast room and the restaurant, is not allowed.

  • WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE DOES THE RESTAURANT OFFER?

    Hotel Palatinum's restaurant boasts a long tradition and experience in the service and quality of its cuisine. It is possible to dine in the hotel choosing from the rich series of dishes offered from the à la carte menu or from the menu of the day. We specialise in fish menus, but you will also find meat dishes.
